A new group of young professional talent can take part of the Talent Accelerator Program. The doors for March 2024 are now officially open!

The group in March '24 is particularly aimed at small and mid-sized companies, including scale-up companies, that require their young professional talent to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Dealing with ambiguous situations on a daily base, young professionals need the skills to stay flexible in order to operate in a constant changing job environment. In the Talent Accelerator program, they learn these basic skills with a group of likeminded young professionals working in similar environments. By making a true connection to others, talent can work on self-reliance and support each other in their personal development working in a scale-up.
